On November 12, 2014, Satya Nadella, CEO Microsoft Corporation visited Switzerland for the first time and spoke at the “Mobile First. Cloud First.” event which was attended by over 400 experts from the Swiss IT industry.

Satya Nadella elaborated on the new Microsoft vision, which he defined as follows: “At our core, Microsoft is the productivity and platform company for the mobile-first and cloud-first world. We will reinvent productivity to empower every person and every organization on the planet to do more and achieve more.”
