Today I Trikked the Burke-Gilman (left half of my route) and Sammamish River (right half of my route) trails from Volunteer Park (lower left-hand corner) to Microsoft's Redmond Campus (lower right-hand corner). This was thirty-some miles, and I did it in four-and-a-half hours, so I averaged about eight miles an hour. That's a new personal best! Although it did seem that about a third of my route was mostly downhill. <g/>
