Well they are all one and same thing. SQL CE has gone thru several versions and name changes which has added to lot of confusion within the community.

Steve Lasker in this post describes how SQL Ce has evolved and what are the new features in the upcoming release. Hopefully this will alleviate some of the confusion surrounding the name change.
