I just got a tips to look at a recently published document called BizTalk Server 2006 Developer’s Troubleshooting Guide. It's huge (133 pages), it's detailed and it covers all technologies in BizTalk.

I cannot say that I have read it, but I downloaded it and intend to keep it near when trouble appear.
