I am long overdue for a good "Sharepoint in the Manufacturing Enterprise" post, but I didn't want to wait until I got that together to get this information out there:

A lot of our customers and partners have been anxiously waiting for this. You’ll also see us coming out with more prescriptive guidance around connecting SharePoint to Line-of-Business systems. We started with SAP but will be expanding to Oracle (Siebel, PeopleSoft) and others on our Interoperability site (which is another great resource at - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/bb544954.aspx)
