To do: Create perfect WPF workstation

Thanks to Tim I've probably got a few bits and pieces to install to get my machine up to dream spec for developing WPF applications

Highlights for me:

- XamlPadX, Kaxaml and XamlCruncher (great for little demos)
- Kevin's Bag-o-Tricks: fun way to learn how to extend intrinsic types such as date controls and color picker
- Thailand Sample: I'm using Filip's Mix demo as the basis for my talk on WPF at launch. Covers the basics in a succinct way and proves you can do interesting things in 30 mins or less with WPF (on stage, and nervous, eek ;-))
