OData Vocabularies

Just got back from a "long week"-long trip to find Alex's vocabularies post.

He has a nice walk through how we think this should look like, and I'm pretty excited about the opportunities: we have a simple and powerful description mechanism, open data, and an ever-growing community of developers, producers and consumers interested in moving it forward. Great place to be at :)
