Late last year I mentioned how great the mouse gestures add-on is.
If you are running a 64-bit version of Windows, you may be tempted to just download and run the 64-bit version. My current laptop came with Windows 7 64-bit, for example, and that’s what I did, and to my surprise, it didn’t seem to be working at all…
… until I remembered that by default, the Internet Explorer I launch is the 32-bit version. So of course that’s not loading up the 64-bit version. I download and installed the 32-bit version, and voila, I got all the mouse-based convenience I was looking for.
So, remember, just because you’re running a 64-bit version of Windows, doesn’t mean you don’t need the 32-bit version of the add-on.
