Hello,

Your opinions about MapPoint Web Service and Virtual Earth platform are very important to us! We’re conducting a satisfaction survey and would like you to evaluate the level and quality of services you’re receiving from Microsoft. This information will be used to identify areas where we are doing well and where we need to make improvements.

This survey is being conducted by MarketTools, an independent research firm. Unless you choose otherwise, all answers and comments are made anonymously to Microsoft. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes of your time.

At the end of the survey, as a token of appreciation, the first 500 respondents will be offered a $10 gift certificate from Amazon.com. Or you can choose to have us donate $10 to International Services of American Red Cross on your behalf. Once you complete the survey, you will be asked to provide your contact information in order to either receive the gift certificate or authorize the donation.

The dark color font and background on the page is not very easy on the eyes…

Wow, a blog criticism! Excellent. I thought the orange would balance it out and Halloween is my favorite holiday so I went with it. If I hear more of this I’ll consider changing it.

I started using the local.live.com site exclusivly for printing maps because yours produced the most readable that I’ve found.  Now all of a sudden, the Windows Live logo is so huge on the page, I waste a whole sheet (and lots of ink) printing that thing over and over.  I’m done using your site until it’s fixed.  That stupid things a waste.

Ouch – this is a problem. If you’re still tuning in, let me know what browser, OS and their respective versions you are using. I’ll see if we can’t get this fixed!
