I recently found the tutorialspoint.com website, a technical site with a vast set of great trainings covering all sorts of topics. You'll find trainings both on less recent topics such as mainframes (cobol, cics, db2, etc.) and very hot current topics such as machine learning, scripting (JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Ruby, Python, etc.), big data and digital marketing. Nice tutorials both online and in PDF format are available on the C# language and WCF/XAML. I personally found the Microsoft Azure tutorial very well made.
