Herzlich Willkommen auf meinem neuen MSDN Blog. In diesem Blog geht es um Microsoft Technologie, insbesondere um die Entwicklung auf Windows. Ein Schwerpunkt werden die Möglichkeiten für Studenten auf Windows zu entwickeln sein. Technologisch geht es vor allem um Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Phone und Windows Azure. Es werden somit neben der App Entwicklung auch Cloud-Themen angesprochen.

Ein paar Worte zu mir:

Ich bin bei Microsoft Deutschland als Technical Evangelist im Hochschulumfeld tätig. In dieser Rolle verantworte ich das Microsoft Förderprogramm für technische Studierende „Microsoft Student Partners“ und beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung auf Windows. Aktuell liegt mein Schwerpunkt auf der Microsoft Cloud Plattform Windows Azure und der App-Entwicklung.

This Blog is all about Microsoft Technology, especially software development on Windows. One important topic will be the development opportunities for students. I will mainly cover bits of information about Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Phone and Windows Azure. As Windows Azure is one of the topics Cloud Computing will be as relevant as App development.

A few words about me:

I am a Technical Evangelist at Microsoft Germany. In Microsoft Germany's Developer Platform & Platform Evangelism Group I am responsible for Microsoft's Student Partner Program. The Student Partner Program supports Students with a passion for Microsoft Technology by providing them with training opportunities, a great network and Microsoft certifications. Currently I mainly focus on Apps for the Windows Platform and the Microsoft Cloud Platform Windows Azure.
