Can I use MPE for my own events/Webinars?

Paul Gannon of TMA Resources knows how to leverage his Microsoft partnership:

We already have a seminar/Webinar series planned for the fall.  However, I would greatly appreciate being able to manage registrations through the Microsoft partner registration site.  Would that be possible?
