Additional features in Lumia Camera Beta for Windows Insiders

As some of you have noticed, the Lumia Camera Beta app includes a few additional features for those of you participating in the Windows Insider program.

These features include:

  • Updated design
  • Selfie stick support for pictures and videos
  • Simplified output resolutions

In practice, the Lumia 640 and Lumia 1520 are the first ones to be able to test these beta features since only certain phones are supported for the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview at this time.

And although the primary intent of the beta trial is to validate the app on phones with Windows Phone 8.1, we welcome you to report any issues you find with the app when running the Windows 10 preview.
