Jose Gallardo Salazar is a senior mobile developer and architect who lead the Engineering Team for Q4Tech, a Microsoft Certified Partner with 10+ years of proven track record of developing effective line-of-business mobile solutions to several Fortune 100 companies.

He was a key developer for the Microsoft Patterns & Practices Mobile Client Software Factory, providing proven best practices and application blocks to the mobile development community, participating as instructor in the Mobile and Embedded Development Conference (MEDC 2006) at Las Vegas.

Jose is internationally known and recognized for his comprehensive expert Windows Mobile and .Net CF knowledge, and he was responsible for leading the content and hands-on-lab development team for the Microsoft DPE (Development and Platform Evangelism) and MED (Mobile and Embedded Devices) Mobility Touchdown Workshop.

He is also known for being speaker in several events around the world, particularly as technical trainer in the Mobility Touchdown Workshop delivery in cities like London, Redmond, Singapore, Buenos Aires, Lima, etc. including the Train the Trainers workshop in the Microsoft Campus at Redmond, US.
