Snow!!!

Everywhere around Seattle!!….    I would say that about 60-70% of all Microsoft employees in the Puget Sound area ended up working from home today.  My wife and I lived in Pittsburgh before moving to Seattle so we are used to the snow… however I can’t be anything but impressed on the amount of snow it fell…

The new Xbox Experience

Amaaaazing.   I love the new Xbox 360 Experience.  Avatars, caching games to your hard disk, nicer looking dashboard, better navigation, and… best of all for me,  NETFLIX!!!!.   I was a bit skeptical of the movie quality but so far I’ve been able to watch HD movies without a single glitch;  I love it πŸ™‚

CRM5 Features…so far

Some team members including me were thinking about doing a post that summarized some of the features that we presented during PDC and thanks to Simon I can now spend that time playing Halo πŸ™‚  as he did a nice job in his post http://blogs.msdn.com/ukcrm/archive/2008/11/10/what-s-new-in-crm5.aspx. Now, I gotta say that the post contains some innacuraties and…

VHD on a flash drive, Snapshot on hard disk.

This may be common knowledge for most people out there but I bet there are also many that don’t know how to take advantage of this.  When I was preparing my demos for PDC I ordered an external hard drive, to store many VMs, and an extremely fast 32Gb flash drive to run my VMs…
