I've seen an extraordinay amount of news and posts about our next CRM release.  Lots of buzz around workflow, multi-lingual, autocomplete, Live, etc etc.  Well let me tell you that a new feature, not disclosed yet to anyone outside the product team, is coming... really sexy.   I whish I could give away all the details but details are still being fleshed out.  If I know Philip Richardson well he will be posting a screencast soon enough  (if not I will for sure he he :) )
