Post Incident Review Report
On Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 9:00 AM UTC, customers reported an issue with Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) preventing users from signing in. Microsoft engineers restarted the impacted LCS servers, restoring service on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 2:32 PM UTC.
When attempting to sign in to LCS, customers were redirected to the sign in page, without gaining access to their accounts.

Root cause is under investigation. Engineers will continue to monitor the LCS sign in portal’s behavior to proactively address performance issues.
