On Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 9:02 AM UTC, internal monitoring detected an issue with the Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) preventing users from signing in. Microsoft engineers restarted the impacted LCS servers, restoring service on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:24 AM UTC.
When attempting to sign in to LCS, customers were redirected to the sign in page, without gaining access to their accounts.
