[Resolved] Lifecycle Services Portal Currently Unavailable – Wednesday November 12th 2014

LCS portal is now accessible. We have confirmed the service is fully restored as of 1:00 PM PST. We sincerely apologize if this issue affected you in anyway. A full post incident report will be published as soon as it is made available.

    -Trouble opening project requests-

    Our customer created a new implementation project and invited me. I received below e-mail invitation:


    You have been invited to join a Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services project. Please go to https://lcs.dynamics.com to view the invitation and take appropriate action. Your use of the Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services is subject to the terms and conditions in the Online Services Agreement.

    When I follow the link, and from the LCS start page click on "Project requests". Nothing is there? Empty..

    Any ideas on what could be wrong here?

    Erik, couple things that you need to look into –

    1- your project owner added you using the same email address as you are using in login page?

    2- Ask him/her to send you an invitation again and see if he/she gets error that "Invitation to this user has already been sent).

    3- Sometimes it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to route the access.

    Upgrade Analysis in Lifecycle Services Portal does not work for me.

    I've uploaded the files needed, but the process stop in Upload and does not finish.

    Is it Ok with this service?

  4. Can you confirm if you clicked the "Analyze code" on the right bottom corner in the app bar?
