Resolved: Customization analysis issue for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2


UPDATE: This issue is now resolved.  Customization Analysis service is now functioning normally. 


We are aware of an issue where the Customization Analysis service is not processing AX 2012 R2 jobs. We are actively investigating this issue.

You can continue submitting new jobs, which  will be added to the queue and will be picked up for processing as soon as the service is back online.

  1. Customization analysis services are back online and have started processing the requests pending in the queue. If your requests are queued it will get picked up for processing momentarily as we have a backlog to process. Thank you for your patience.
