Resolved: Cloud-hosted environment errors for some users


We have resolved two different issues impacting some user's ability to use Cloud Hosted environment management features. The issues resolved were:

 

Issue: “You can’t update the deployment at this time. Please wait for a moment, and then try again. If the issue persists, contact support”.

Scenario: You created a Lifecycle Services project. In the LCS Cloud-hosted environments portal you start deploying an environment, and receive the error above after clicking +.

 

Issue: “An error has occurred.  This error has been logged in our datacenter”

Scenario: You created a Lifecycle Services project. In the LCS Cloud-hosted environments portal you start deploying an environment, and receive the error above after clicking +, selecting a topology, and then clicking Next.

    Hi, It seem the Lifecycle service can't connect to Azure of China right now, I generated the Certification file and upload it to my Azure sub, still got error information when I connect these two service. Any chance to resovle it?

    I seem to be getting this issue today.

  3. I would recommend contacting support for further troubleshooting.
