Hi Jared, is it going to be normal going forward to have LCS maintenance during US weekday working hours?  This could have an impact for my team working on projects going forward.  Thanks!

  2. Hi Daniel,

There are a lot of things that go into the decision to have downtime during US working hours, and the call wasn't made lightly. That said, I've heard this feedback from many people.

We're working on a way to do our monthly deployments with very little downtime (think minutes instead of hours). We're hoping to begin trying these kinds of rollouts next month, and improve from there.

In the meantime, we'll try to keep people well informed so you can work around scheduled outages.

Hi Jared, I am trying to use the Systems Diagnostic setup program but am getting an error of:

Failed to Invoke Diagnostic External Services: There was no endpoint listening at that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Is this related to this work?

    Understood, thank you!
