Support for Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services

    Do you mean Microsoft directly or create a new support incident in Partnersource? If the latter, what choices do we make for Product/Area etc. I don't see anything that specifies Lifecycle Services.

  2. You can create a new support request through PartnerSource or CustomerSource, and the choices for entry would be to choose the best Topic/Subtopic of the following:

    Topic of Tech: System Administration and Setup with a Sub-topic of Lifecycle Services – Diagnostics, tools and issue search

    Topic of Tech: System Administration and Setup with a Sub-topic of Lifecycle Services – Services and account issues

    Topic of Company Wide Features (GAB, etc.) with a Sub-topic of Lifecycle Services – Business Process Modeler

    I have not been able to download anything from LCS during the last 2 days. Have tried different Browsers , different Internet connections and several downloads (Binary Updates), but I recieve the Message "Sorry, the page you requested is not available" no matter what I do. I can't afford spending time with Support on issues like this and I need KB 3037694 (latest Binary Update for AX 2012 R2) TODAY for a Customer).

    Secondly – Where can I see the Current Status for Life Cycle Services? Since this is a Cloud offering, we should have the option of checking Service Status/Availability…
