  1. New tool "Support incident" says:


    first of all big thanks for lcs as a whole, I think it is a fantastic collection of tools to help with AX projects.

    This morning, I noticed the new tool "Support incident" in my learn project. Curiously, there is already a support incident listed, but it has nothing to do with the project.

    My colleageus also have trouble accepting invitations I send out for my learn project. The invitation e-mail contains a link to the lcs main page, but on that page they are unable to accept the invitation.

    Thank you for the feedback. Lifecycle services is supported by Microsoft support and if you can contact support then the team can work with you to investigate the support incident listed in your project.

    To answer the question on project invites, once the invited user login to lifecycle services he will see a “Project Requests” tile on the home page. After he clicks on this, all invites will be listed and user can accept/decline the invites from here. Once he accepts the invite, the project will show up in his "All Projects" list.
