Getting a reply color other than the offered 16 in Outlook 2003

I'm not a huge fan of registry hacks, but I just might try this one that Tony Schreiner exposes. Outlook 2003 limits you to only 16 color choices when you specify a font for replying; Tony figured out how to specify any RGB color. Chartreuse anyone?
