A blogger with a quality frame of mind

Tonight, when I was cruising my new friend Jeff Julian's site, I ran across this blog by Siva. It's all about Software Quality -- a topic that I haven't seen many folks blogging about (although it could the that I just surf in the wrong circles ;-) so this was nice to see. It's worth a look.
