.NET From a Markup Perspective

JSP Conversion Articles and Web Services Interoperability

I am working with several groups of developers that have an extensive background in Java and are currently learning .NET.  It was admittedly difficult to find some of this information using MSN Search or Google as most articles that mention both “Java and C#” or “J2EE and .NET” end with “this platform is better than the other”.  The links below simply detail the differences between platforms and show how to move to C# without the zealotry.

Speaking of web services interop, make sure you sign up for the Interop Month web casts.  Microsoft is offering a month-long webcast series focusing on interoperability – why it matters to the business, common strategies and methods, and guidance on specific implementation scenarios between the major platform players.  This series will feature over 40 webcasts, cool giveaways, and brand-new technical guidance from Microsoft. Pre-register here to receive a reminder and final webcast schedule in mid-December.
