New Regional Director - Vishwas Lele

I didn't see an announcement anywhere of new RD appointments, so I thought I would send out kudos to Vishwas Lele for his recent Microsoft Regional Director award. Vishwas recently spoke at the Washington, DC DevDays event, and is a Principal Architect for Applied Information Sciences. He also was one of the technical reviewers for Don Box's Essential .NET, Volume I: The Common Language Runtime.
