Oracle 100% CPU Utilization with ODP.NET 9202100

Got an IM from Wally McClure asking if I had seen the latest on ODP.NET 9202100.  No, I didn't realize that it had been released.  It's a good thing that I missed it, it turns out.  The latest version throws ExecutionEngineExceptions, causing VS.NET to go into a hard loop and running the CPU up to 100% utilization.

Man, I miss working with SQL Server.
