new MSN Explorer

Did you use the new MSN explorer? It is definitely one of the most beautiful softwares I have ever used.

    I live in Germany and definitivly won’t be using MSN as ISP, but I’d like to see the new MSN-Explorer.

    Is there a way to do so?

    Unless you can deliver 8 mbit ADSL and 10 Mbit VDSL or cable with flat rate, no caps and no metering, forget it, you will not succeed in europe (Maybe the UK but thats the craphole of the EU) as thats the kind of broadband services we have here today. They tried metering here after reaching the cap, every customer including me dropped down from high speed to 512 in protest and they give in and removed the limit and we all went back up to the high speed, they said "Our customers did not appreciate it" and rightly so.
