I wanted my friends to know about this site. It’s not new, but a lot of folks are unaware of it. Here’s their elevator pitch:

I bring it up here to point out some new free software that Windows Mobile owners should check out. You might want to register on this site, to get these periodic emails on new cool free offers.

First, is the updated Bing Mobile. This is a must have for folks with a data plan. It has maps, business and residential search, turn-by-turn assistance, weather, movies, gas prices, GPS support, web search, traffic, restaurant reviews, and flight info. You can install this on the phone without touching your phone – just visit the site, and they can SMS you the link.

Also, check out the new Facebook client, made for Windows Mobile 6 users. Features include:

  • Send messages to any of the people in your Friends list.
