Welcoming one of the best to the blogging world

Ben Flock just posted his first blog post, and I want to be among the first to say welcome to the blogging world, Ben! 

I've known Ben since my first few weeks at Microsoft, and I can tell you he's among the best of the best.  Read his blog.  It's sparse now -- I mentioned it's his first post, right? -- but I strongly suspect it will be full of insight moving forward.  :-)
