And the OneNote twitter display is gone (again)

A few weeks ago I had the idea to get a Raspberry Pi set up to display the tweets sent about OneNote.  I wrote about it here: https://blogs.msdn.com/b/johnguin/archive/2014/04/28/return-of-the-onenote-twitter-feed-thanks-to-raspberry-pi.aspx

I am sad to say this is being shut down.  The browser I had to use (Ice Weasel, a Firefox variant) simply kept crashing at least once per day.  Since the goal of this was to have a 24 hour per day kiosk, I am giving up on this for now and looking for a new machine to use to get this back and running.  I just can't spend 5-10 minutes per day restarting all the things needed to get the display working.

It was a lot of fun seeing the tweets though.  For people around here that speak several languages it was especially a good time to see what folks in Japan, Egypt or India were saying.  I hope to have this back up in a few weeks and then we will be able to see all the tweets you are sending about us.

Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome,
John
