Some new powertoys for OneNote

Omer is a developer on the OneNote team and has a set of powertoys he wrote on his own time that he wants to give out. The set includes a printout rotator, the calendar tool he already let me give out here (I'll update my page to point to the new location) and a tool to help get rid of an obscure information bar alert which shows in some printing to OneNote cases.
