i am trying to validate my schema in liquid xml (http://www.liquid-technologies.com/xml-editor.aspx) but getting name space errors, what’s the best tool to work with your XSD?

Honestly, I just use notepad, but I know the schema pretty well so this works for me.  Maybe someone else has a tool for this?

Where can one find OneNote 2013 XML Schema?

The developer center is here: msdn.microsoft.com/…/jj680118.aspx and has a link to the 2013 API.  The schema itself did not change and (to my knowledge) we have not posted any updates.
