Getting Send to OneNote working with Chrome

I saw this site and thought I’d pass it along:  Eugene Rosenfeld has a fix for getting Send to OneNote working from Google Chrome browsers.  I haven’t had a chance to test this out, but it looks like a nice tweak for those of you using that browser.  It’s a three step process that starts with installing OneNote, so it looks relatively simple.  Hop on over and give it a shot!

Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome,

    Thanks for the write-up!

  2. Bring to OneNote not as good as IE Send to OneNote says:

I tried the Bring to OneNote extension fro Chrome. It does bring in the text, images, and site Url, but like other extensions it does not let you choose where the page. It puts the page into Unfiled Notes. You have to manually move the page afterwards. Also it does not set a page title.

That's good feedback for them – can you post it there?

Slight update to my post titled "Bring to OneNote not as good as IE Send to OneNote": Bring to OneNote will let you choose where you place the note, but you have to install their free Bring to Office desktop application. It still does not bring over the title, and it looks like they are using a custom section selection dialog box that does not correctly display the names of shared notebooks if you have renamed them in OneNote. Even so, this is much better than the other Chrome extensions I've seen. I'll post on their site.

It was made for those who want a function similar to IE Send to OneNote on Chrome browser.
