The Checklist looks now:

- Preqs are WSS and MOSS Global SP1 and all language specific SP1; see also earlier posts 
- Install WSS Feb CU Uber 961755
- Install MOSS Feb CU Uber 961756
- Run psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b –force
