I wanted to let you now that we just released the OData Client Tools for Windows Phone Apps. OData client doesn’t come chained in with the Windows Phone SDK 8.0 in this round but can easily be downloaded and installed on top of the SDK.
This is an important release which brings OData V3 support to Windows Phone platform. This release enables developers to consume OData V3 services in their Windows Phone applications. Developers can now take advantage of the OData V3 features like spatial, actions, vocabularies, any/all and many more.
This should help make your development far more productive… Go consume some Government Open Data with oData.
