Developing Windows phone applications on the train from Seattle to LA for PDC 2009
Loke Uei Tan had fun with multiple teams of mobile developers on the train from Seattle to LA for PDC 2009. In Loke's own words..
"We organized this event the weekend prior to PDC 2010 where we invited 8 developers to join us on this 36 hour trip from Seattle to Los Angeles on the Amtrak Coast Starlight express. The theme was “Green”, seeing that we were taking the most efficient method of transportation down the west coast, we had these 8 developers form 4 teams to conceptualize, design and develop their applications on Windows Mobile using our tools.
