Mrs Josh Has Too Much Time on Her Hands

Apparently Gretchen and Zoe are spawning off a "Media Content Empire" out of JobSyntax. That all kicked off today with their first "JobCast" that's a screencast with resume writing tips.  I'm sure they'd love your feedback on the content and the format.

As you can see from the blog post they are also doing a whole bunch of other stuff including articles, podcasts, chats, etc.

So far, we’ve started writing a regular series of articles for The Code Project’s Recruiting and Job Hunting section . Our first one was entitled CareerBytes: Writing a Technical Resume That Works , and there’s more on the way.

We’re also scheduled to speak at a .NET Developers Association meeting in November on 10 Mistakes to Avoid During a Technical Interview . And in early October, we’ll host our first jobseeker chat. More details on both of these events to follow soon.

But wait there’s more … in the next few months, you’ll see more “new media” integrated in our blog … think videos, podcasts, and screencasts. I feel as though I’m growing geekier by the second!

And with that, today I’d like to kick off our first screencast: Resumes: It’s about the Quality, Yo! Part 1.

Update: Now Part 2 of the screencast is live
