The Importance of Transparency

Olivier, from the MSCommunity Blog, forwarded me this comment from Scobles blog.

One of the most important things I have seen over the last 1+ years is an increase in the "personal" relationships with microsoft employees. Whether this has been through blogs or other means (PDC, TechEd, etc.) giving the outside world some transparancy to what is going on in the minds of some of the 55+k workers has done more to improve the companies perception than any PR/Marketing campaign could. So my suggestion would be to continue down this road and do not look back... to much good can come from this.
