A downside to working at Microsoft in the Redmond WA area is that newly released Xbox games are hard to come by either for rentals or purchase. Either the store managers around here don’t have the authority or the ability to predict that the demand might be slightly higher in an area with 40k MS employees than it would be in… say… Fargo.

I experienced this again when I went out to purchase Soul Caliber 2. I let someone get in front of me in line (They had chosen the longer one but where there before me.) and they took the last copy off the shelf.  Oh well, I probably have work to be doing anyway.
