With all the buzz around Windows 8 lately, don’t forget the killer tool that’s going to make all those new, immersive Metro experiences possible – Visual Studio 2011. I’ve just updated my April calendar to reflect the two Northeast stops (NYC and Waltham) on the Visual Studio 2011 ALM Roadshow.
Join us for a half-day event to explore the new Application Lifecycle Management capabilities in Visual Studio 11 and Team Foundation Server 11. Visual Studio 11 brings together everyone involved in a software project – business analysts, project managers, developers, testers, operation staff and end-users – to effectively and efficiently scope, construct and deploy with unprecedented success throughout the three key phases of software management: Definition, Delivery and Operations. You’ll see how each of these roles can work together in a fully integrated manner with robust traceability from concept to design to implementation to test to production. The presentation will be almost entirely a demo of Visual Studio running live, and the content is suitable for virtually any role within your software development organization. We hope you can join us!
More-or-less locally, there will be sessions in New York City on Wednesday, April 18th and in Waltham on Wednesday, April 25th. Several other stops on the East Coast are also planned, and the full list of venues is below.
