Ok, so I-90 doesn’t exactly go through Dallas, but I’m not going to let simple things like geography stop me. I will indeed be on the road at the end of this month, stopping by three of the New York .NET User Groups on the I-90 corridor and talking about “Dallas”… not the city or the TV show, but the Data-as-a-Service offering that’s built on top of Windows Azure. As announced at PDC 2009, with “Dallas”, you’ll have unprecedented access to huge, vetted data sets, such as from the Associated Press and United Nations, that you can access and leverage in your own applications and business analyses.
