I can’t help but think how much more successful Mrs Allen R Baker might be if she got herself a copy of Microsoft Word (and a clue in terms of period placement).  Just look at the spelling and grammar issues that were flagged!  Come to think of it, her young (and only) son is probably eligible for the academic discount, if not DreamSpark!  Perhaps I should let her know?
