The next meeting of the CRMUG Pacific Northwest Regional Chapter features two intriguing user case studies:  Rosalee Alan from PAML will discuss how her company leveraged workflow to improve customer service and Robert Hanlon with the Portland Trail Blazers will present tips from their unique deployment.
