Steve B's Convergence Keynote Address

I was rewatching Steve Ballmer's keynote address at Convergence 2008 and it was obvious to me that he is most definitely a CRM Fan. Steve highlighted CRM and CRM Live with two demos including the Softward+Services capabilities.

You can watch the keynote video here. The best Convergence blog wrap-up coverage was on Sonoma Partners blog. The Space Shuttle took off and I wasn't at Convergence this year! Sigh...
