Inside CRM: Should Microsoft drag CRM to the Recycle Bin?
Chris Bucholtz on InsideCRM.com speaks up about recent blathering in the world of CRM:
"Nobody likes a killjoy. Just as Microsoft is holding its big Convergence event down in Florida, and just as their CRM folks are scurrying to get Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live ready for release in the next few weeks, along comes Brenon Daly, who argues that Microsoft should sell off its CRM and ERP products and then… well, he fails to provide any “and then.” I guess they should just take the proceeds and perhaps take a vacation up in the Okanagan or something."
