In my We’re Listening post I talked about mining the great suggestions that our customers send to us. Well the CRM Suggestion Triage team met again today and considered the suggestions with the highest number of votes in the last 30 days.
Two of the four were put in the review queue as new feature requests. One had already been accepted for the next release of Dynamics CRM. And one, although very fanciful, was rejected. Geesh, I hope I don’t get flamed for saying that. It was a request to have a dialog that had been dismissed by the user available for instant recall — a ‘Doh’ button of sorts, to use Simpson-esque verbage, to recall the dialog box.
Are you passionate about the features and improvements you’d like to see in our product? Don’t get caught up in the minutia of the moment.
