A windows Azure web role is down after IISRESET

On a Windows Azure web role, your web site will be down if you do a IISRESET on it. The reason is that the start mode of World Wide Web Publishing Service is set to Manual on Windows Azure, Since the default is "Automatic" for on-premise machines, this is rather confusing for developers who's used to do iisreset on their machines.

The good news is that it is easy to recover from this bad state. You simply need to open services.msc, and start "World Wide Web Publishing Service" manually youself.
